Return & Refund Policy

• All sales are final. UNDERASHADOW items are produced in limited runs, and due to the exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Refunds are only issued if:
  
1. The product arrives defective or damaged.
2. The order cannot be fulfilled on our end.
• To request a refund for a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
• Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to the original payment method.

• Colors, textures, and final production details may differ slightly from promotional mockups.
• Your use of our website and services is at your own risk; UNDERASHADOW is not responsible for technical issues, third-party delays, or misuse of purchased items.

Shipping Policy

• Orders ship worldwide unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Processing Time: 2–5 business days for in-stock items. Pre-order timelines are stated on product pages.
• Delivery Time: Depends on location and carrier. Standard shipping estimates range from 7–21 business days internationally.
• Tracking numbers will be provided once orders are dispatched.
• UNDERASHADOW is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed to the carrier. Any claims must be filed with the shipping provider.

Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

• In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not shipped yet.
• Pre-Orders: Pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled once placed, as each item is custom-produced.
• Limited Drops: Due to scarcity, cancellations and refunds are not accepted after checkout.
• UNDERASHADOW reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized reselling, or bulk purchasing. Customers will be notified and refunded if this occurs.
